Another vendor at A la Carte Galore’s anniversary event was Nichole Ramsey of My Sista Girl Clothing. Her empowering messages to the black community live through her clothing designs and display messages of encouragement and unity.
“God woke me up in the middle of the night mid September of last year. All i could think of was “My Sister Girl” and i had a conversation with a friend of mind who was like you need to make a move on it, god is talking to you. I was in another business, still self employed but in another business. I went to a graphic designer and we talked about when i woke up in the middle of the night and we came up with my logo. I always wanted to be able to bring us together from women but i never knew how. I’ve gotten so much wonderful feedback from people who’ve received my shirts as gifts.” -Nichole Ramsey, owner
